The 'fat' one I was at my highest weight. 192  The next one was in July at a Blue Man Group meet and greet.  I was approx 148 which I still am.   All my weight now is on my hips, butt, and thighs.  Nothing up top!  My 12 year old is standing beside me and my hubby is kneeling in front.  Don't know who the other kid is.

The 'fat' picture is actually the one that got me to start this journey.  I looked at it after my mom mailed it to me and I was like "Oh My God!  Am I really THAT FAT?!"  I cried.

Soooo.....If I can pull it off, anyone can!

EDIT: the links still take you to the large verions of the pictures but I created smaller versions of the pictures --Nir

Yeah! Not only did I learn to shrink my waist, but I learned to shrink my pics too!  So easy a caveman could do it!

It is easy.  Do you have the Microsoft Photo Editor?

Don't feel bad, I still struggle with that. That's why I haven't changed my avatar lately.... don't want to deal with it...

Just email your unshrunk picture as an attachment to forums @ caloriesperhour.com and I'll shrink it to the size requirements (76x76 and <=9KB) and make it your new avatar.

WAY TO GO!!! Keep up the GREAT work!

There is nothing like looking at your old pictures and comparing the feeling you felt then to the feeling you feel now.

I've changed my life for the better too about 2 years ago. I was 187 and went down to 157. I cut out all the junk, because a vegan, then a raw vegan and now I am a Certified Raw Food Chef & Instructor. My life has changed just from taking action.

It starts by changing your mind. And so I did!

You look so much better in the second picture.

" All my weight now is on my hips, butt, and thighs.  Nothing up top! "

That's fine from what I see. I like to see that shape on a woman. I apologize for the word I'm going to use, but it makes you sexy.
