Carotts dipped in hummus is really good!
A big carrot with two table spoons of hummus is only 100 calories!

i found a brand of fat free kind (and no hfcs) that has like 18 cals per serving- it's either 1 or 2 tbls.... i will have to look for the name of it for you guys. it's really good- not as rich as athenos (oh, and i love the garlic one!), but it's still good and satisfying.

I eat this garlic kind, and it's 70 calories for every two tablespoons..
There's one for only 18 cal. per serving?! I'm going to look for that kind next time I buy some hummus!

I make my own hummous. It's quick and easy and inexpensive. You just need chick peas, tahini, lemons or limes, salt, and loads of garlic. I have been making it for years! I could eat hummous every day and sometimes do. I can across a quirky website that I'd like to share. http://humus101.com/EN/
It's funny.
