I know throwing up after you eat is bulimia, but i dont do it everyday.
Usually when I eat sugar, it feels bad, and i feel guilty, so I go throw it all up, as much as I can. I weigh before and after I throw up, always.
I do it about 1 once or twice a week, and I eat tums afterwards so it counteracts the stomach acid from hurting my teeth too much.
I keep telling myself, don't throw up. Don't do it. But I always end up doing it, and I'm getting sick of it.
I feel high afterwards, sometimes I can barely hold my head up. But it always feels good to go to sleep at night after I purge. I feel clean.
I just figured I'd share with you all.

| I use to do the same thing, but then it lead to doing it almost every time time I ate. You feel like you are high b/c your body is so weak from no food and b/c of the amount of energy you just used to throw up. Now are you just throwing up when you eat sugary food, if so, stop eating the sugary food and see if you can stop doing it. Try to keep your mind off of the throwing up after eating (it becomes a habit and you think that you need to do it all the time). Mine was due to stress and depression. I had never been depressed before, so I had no clue what was going on, and for some people when they get depressed they eat all the time. But for me I hardly ever ate(starvation) and then when I did eat I would throw it up afterward b/c it made me feel bad. Hopefully you can figure out what is making you do this before it gets out of hand, if you ever need to talk just ask.....Kendra

You said it yourself, you should stop purging! It would be the best for your health and you know that but I'm in the same situation and it's getting worse, I think. But it doesn't make me want to stop though. I used to purge like twice a year and now I do it at least twice a week, sometimes twice a day and it started with only purging after binges and now I throw up most sweet and fatty things and often when I just feel too full.
I don't really have any advice for you, I just wanted to let you know that you're definately not alone with this. If you want to stop, do it NOW because it will only get harder.
