| I need to loose 10 pounds and it will not happen. I go to Curves 3 times a week and walk on treadmill every day for at least 30 minutes for 1.5 miles. I am a 58 year old woman and take Cembalta (anti-depressant). I eat well. Anyone have any suggestions?

Why don't you use the calculator here to determine your RMR? You can access it by clicking on Calories Burned Calculator at the top, and then on BMR and RMR Calculator. Your unadjusted RMR is how many calories you should be eating daily at minimum. Perhaps you are not eating enough.
Have you considered strength training? Even at 58 (actually, especially at 58), it will be beneficial, not only for increased metabolism, but also to slow muscle degeneration.
What type of foods are you eating? Are you eating a well-balanced diet? You have to eat plenty of good foods to lose weight the right way.

I would suggest talking to your doctor. One common side-effect of antidepressants is weight gain, so it could be that your medication is working against your efforts. There are a wide variety of anti-depressants and your doctor might be able to prescribe you a different one that doesn't affect your weight. Sometimes you have to use trial and error to figure out which medication works best for you.
Other than that, keep exercising and eating right. It's also a good idea to keep track of calories or do a food journal. Even if you can't switch medications and the weight doesn't come off at least your efforts will make you much healthier, which is really the most important thing.
Best of luck!
