I have a really flat stomach
and i'm 5''6 almost and weight 9 and a half stone
which isn't too heavy
but i'm desperate to lose weight off my thighs because they are just too chunky at the moment
and it's becoming annoying to find clothes that fit me properly because they are normally too big for my waist and too small for my legs and bum
Does anyone have any tips?
i really don't know what to do.. i've tried using a lateral thigh toner and trampoline and excercise bike and running
but they wont get any thinner
its making me very sad

Do you have an idea of what your body fat percentage is? You could work on reducing your overall body fat... some will come off of your legs to slim them up a bit. There is no way to reduce fat in just one area.
A strength training routine will increase your muscle mass. Sounds like you are eating just to maintain your weight (as opposed to trying to lose weight). Is that right?

I would recommmed running, I too have big thighs and i noticed that the more I ran the slimmer they got. It's not only good cardio, but it also helps built muscle.
