Hi everyone,
Today is actually the third day since I decided to buckle down to lose the last 20 lbs. so far so good. yesterday I was really craving carbs. But nothing too extreme. I've exercised everyday this week. And today my energy level is higher than the first two days. Now I just have to get through a birthday party tomorrow and the fourth of july weekend. I'll let you know how it goes.
Well, that's it from my end. I just wanted to share my progress so far. I look forward to meeting you and sharing stories.

It's Day 9.
First order of business--the holiday weekend. It didn't go as well as planned. I ended up going out to dinner on the fourth. I did well until my boyfriend ordered dessert. I worked out Sunday (my rest day) to make up and ended up eating on Sunday for dinner. I will be posting a full explanation in my video diary soon.
On a lighter note, I've been rocking my workouts! 9 days going strong. I have a weigh in tomorrow.

Good luck Shaf! I've been struggling lately with eating lots of junk. I joined the challenge, hoping it will help keep me focused.
