I am going to start Eat for Health in the near future. I LOVE cheese, but know I have to cut it out. (maybe have it as a treat!)
I do not thin I can become a vegan, or even a vegetarian. I love veggies and would rather have those than meat. But I do like eggs, milk (and cheese), fish and occasionally chicken or turkey. Being a woman, I need to watch out for osteoporosis. I know some natural foods have calcium, but possibly not enough. Will a supplement be adequate? I almost hate to suggest it, because I dread taking a pill every day. Nor am I good with remembering.
Also, and ideas on pregnant women and this diet?
