I'm dieting kind of: I'm eating pretty much (I eat the occasional 130 calorie all-natural fiber bar also) nothing but organic plain, unsweetened yogurt (with live culures, and with organic fresh or dried (no sugar added) fruits sometimes mixed in), fresh fruits, and fresh and steamed vegetables (including lots of salads, with either balsamic vinegar only or nothing to dress them at all). Also I drink lots of green tea, unsweetened.

I'm not thinking to do this forever or anything, just to help me lose some weight, and to get me back to my tastes for good, unprocessed foods. I really like all these foods so it's not going to be a challenge or anything to eat only these.

Will this work? Has anyone here tried something along these lines? Further, does anyone know what necessary dietary components will I be missing?

I typically take, every day, women's multivitamins, a mixture (from Trader Joe's) called Very Green (lots of vitamins and minerals in there), and Emergen-C (sugar free).

Maybe some things to keep in mind to explain this goofy set of foods:
I'm allergic to wheat, most milk products (it's this thing where I'm allergic to processed milks, but not raw ones, but in Maryland you buy or sell get raw milk so I'm kind of stuck), soy, and many meats make me sick. Mostly I'm just really sensitive to processed foods.

This post has gone on much longer than I planned or expected, sorry.

I hope you guys can help me with this! Thank you in advance

K

PS. Constructive responses only please!

If you are healthy and eating a well balanced diet you don't need any extra supplements.  Really, it's that simple.

Hi, I totally agree with Danimea "If you are healthy and eating a well balanced diet you don't need any extra supplements"and also i never suggest to go for supplements rather than supplements you can try some diet plans by experts to be regular in maintaining diet.
