Hi everyone~~
I did Turbo Jam for the first time on Saturday. I did the Learn part twice---I must not be as cooridinated as I thought. Last night I did the Burn twice. However, I wasn't able to go through the whole thing without stopping. I did better the second time. I was expecting my abs to be really sore the next day---but the only thing I noticed was my back muscles.
I do really like TJ though! I think it is fun and time definately doesn't stand still, like every other workout video I've tried.
One question I have is...does anyone find engaging their abs throughout the excercises hard? It's easy during certain moves, but am I supposed to be doing it all the time and this is why I don't feel the burn the next day? When I notice that I'm not doing it, I engage them but it just doesn't allow you to move the way she's wanting you to.....
