I just had a baby 4 months ago... My 4th. and ive always been able to get down to a decent weight. but after this one its got me going slow. so i bumped up my routine and now im losing inches because my clothes fit looser!

My one problem im having is my belly. its not like it was after my 1st baby 2nd baby or even 3rd baby. it seriously looks aweful. Like i might need surgery on it. Im not a big person. when people here how much i weigh they are SHOCKED.

anyways

I do billy blanks bootcamp in the mornings and then i do slim n 6 in the evenings

also ive been doing something on the stairs. i don't know what they are called or if there is even a name for it but i put my toes on the bottom step {well a little more than my toes. like the front of my foot too.} then i lift up and hold and go down. lift up and hold and go down. i do 4 sets of 8 of those. but i do it 3 times a day.

I would like to know if anyone can help me with ANYTHING. lol. Im going on a cruise to mexico in 5 weeks and moving to hawaii in 6 weeks.

I am in a size 12/14. and those are pretty snug. I weigh 166. I would lke to weighalot lless. but im just wanting to get down to a decent weight and also try loosing this belly SOMEHOW.

Eat plenty of green vegetables. They are low in calories and high in nutrition. Also lift weights in circuit fashion to get a cardio workout plus stimulate your lean body tissue and speed up your metabolism.
