| I am no longer going to have a scale because we're all moving out of our house, so I'm going to post what I weighed on Thursday... 139.4. Then I'm going to work on finding the perfect scale for the perfect price... any suggestions? Last edited on 17 May 2009 12:28 am by StuckSara

Hey everyone
Sorry for not being in touch I've had problems with Internet Connection.
I'm afraid I've put a 2lb on since Hen Weekend.......
I'm going to Spain for a week with my daughter and plan to exercise and detox so hopefully I'll get that extra 2lb off!!!
I'll catch up with everyone and update when I get back next Monday.

Can I change my starting info?? I started a weightloss challenge with my mom yesterday at her office. Their scale is 10lbs off from mine and I think it would be easier for me to just use their numbers(even though higher) for both here and there.
so my starting would be 330lbs and my goal is 15lbs to make it 315lb.
nir- can I email you and ask about bmr #%@&!, I admit I'm no good at those.

Ok, I know it's not my official weigh in day. But, I want out of the pink and today I am. So, put me down for 133lbs. Don't really know how I pulled that off after a weekend full of eating bad stuff. Maybe the extra walking and stuff. Anyway, I will take it.....whooohooo.

man alive...no change for me again today the official weigh in day! i am fluctuating alot, but on the official day i end up back at 166...how crazy....but a relief since i stress between the weigh in days.....argh......
if i get a change, i will be back!

I was also the same today. Yea! But, If I don't stay out of the cookies I made for the weekend it will all come back. Then I will be in the pink again. I really don't want that.

Morning All! Weigh in day and it's looking good.
Weight: 243.2lbs
So thats 7lbs down on last week and 6.3lbs down altogether. Back on track!

still 176 I guess it is better than gaining......after this weekend I will have to eliminate at least 500 calories a day I really want to meet my goal by July 4

I just noticed that my name is no longer listed on the chart for the challenge.......I joined on April 30 just after the spring challenge .....I haven't lost any weight in these three weeks but I believe I did sign in each week with this week starting Fridays instead of Mondays.....This is giving me something to work towards even tho I haven't lost .....please check into this......thanks.....

I am reporting a spectacular 3lb increase. 
This is exactly the point where I fell of the food wagon last time. My body does not want me below 195lbs. This painfully obvious to me now.
Never mind, onwards and upwards, or downwards as the case may be.

Ok I've had a good think this am and made a decision!!
I am changing over to my new scales which show as 199lbs and not 197lbs as my old ones do. I am stuck at a plateau around this weight.
My new goal is to lose 1lb per week til end of challenge from new start weight of 199lbs 
New goal weight of 194lbs

Hello all! It's so nice to see everyone posting their progress. I'm back from my vacation to France and all I can say is THE FOOD! The gorgeous, lovely, rich, flavourful food! I ate tonnes of high calorie rich food but I only had it in small servings and I only ate until I was full. That combined with lots of walking means that I actually have a small loss to report instead of the expected gain. My current weight is 183.6 lbs.

You are welcome and it's never to late.
However your goal is high at 17.2lbs in 5 weeks. Is this a typo? In the preamble at the beginning of the challenge members are asked to explain is the goal is greater than 18lb in the whole challenge.

I had a good week, current weight 128.2, down 2.2. Not really sure what I did different but I sure hope it's a real loss and doesn't show back up next week .
Nir/ArtistJohn, I think I was too easy on myself when I set my goal and I want to keep motivated so can I change my goal weight to 126.
