So JessicaW, you and I are officially weight loss buddies now. How cool is that? lol.
So just a little bit about me: Like I said, I'm 16 and 145. I'm 5' 2.75", though so I'm like really overweight. I have a soft-spot for sweet things and my favorite sport is tennis. It really sucks that its too cold around here to play right now. Ummm, I'm a junior and play the flute. So yeah. pretty awesome. I'm also a total fashion junkie, which is one of the reasons I'm trying to lose weight (whats the point in getting a D&G blouse if I look bad in it?).
So what are some nifty things to know about you?

I totally feel you about the cookies. If they were even remotely nutricious, I'd prolly live off them. And I don't know what I'm going to do when I graduate either. I mean, I know what I want to do in life and everything, I just don't know how to go about doing it...if that makes any sense...
Today was really good (both food- and life-wise). I woke up late and was faced with the choice of taking a shower or eating breakfast. I decided I'd rather be hungry till lunch than dirty and gross till after school. lol. Fortunatly, today was "early lunch" Wednesday for those who're passing all their classes. So I had time to eat a good lunch and still get to the library and do some homework. Usually I have just enough time to run home, grab a piece of fruit or something, and go back. And I had a pretty small snack after school, so yay for me. I really need to do some exercise today, too, but I have NO idea what I'm going to do for that. I'm thinking if I'm motivated I'll clean my room so I can do an exercise video, and If I'm not I'll just go for a walk.
Oh, yesterday was really good, too. I was uber-tired from staying up really late the last two nights, so I basically just went to be as soon as I got home. Haha, you can't eat when you're sleeping. Another oh, I lost a pound since Monday cuz today I weighed 144. Pretty excited about that.

lol thats awesome about your one pound :)\
I weighed myself monday, and im usually obsessed with weighing myself. so i limited my self to about once a week. i was really tempted this morning but the one thing i can say no too hahha
but yeah i like to do workout videos for some reason. plus cleaning im sure u lose quite a bit of calories doing that.
well i gotta go to canadian tire lol
so stay on track good to hear your doing well today was good, and yesturday but monday.. not too good. could be worse though
lol p.s it made sense about going upon that. i ahve the same problem with a lot of other thingss.

Sooo...about yesterday's exercise lol. As it turns out, I wasn't that motivated. So I went for a walk around my block 3 times and then I got cold and went inside (cuz I'm a big wuss of course ) I also binged a little yesterday. It wasn't quite as bad as some of the binges I've been having all month (literally thousands and thousands of calories), but it totaled up to about 1,300 cals (so about 3300 for the whole day. yuck.) Today's gone much better. I know I won't be eating anymore today cuz I'm going to bed soon as I get off this site, so no time to binge again. I ate about 1520 calories today (some of it junk, but some of it good stuff too). And I got off my buttocks today too! I took a 30 min walk .
I totally get you about the obsessive weighing!! I'll weigh myself 3 times a day if I let me. But I usually don't cuz the afternoon numbers p*** me off just a little bit. lol So I just weigh once every morning.
So like I'm kinda nervous and excited. I'm doing a group project in English that involves making a movie, and since I'm the only girl in the group, I get to play the girl character. But she's like really sickly and is kinda wasting away. Since I don't have many lines pretty much all my acting has be in my body and facial expressions. Unfortunately, I am pretty much the exact opposite of wasting away...I guess Im just like "Ahrg! How am I supposed to pull this off?" Its times like these I wish I was already thin.
Congrats on doing well today and yesterday. Even if we have some slipups like on monday, as long as we have more good days than bad days, I know we'll get to our goals.

Ahhh, McDonalds, the killer of diets lol. And whats becel? I've never heard of it.
Today was iffy. It started out fantastical and then I had kind of a binge at around 8:00. It wasn't too bad and I'll be able to easily work most of it off by the time I go to bed, it just makes me mad that I just had to have that much peanutbutter and who knew just one pillsbury biscuit had almost 200 calories? oh well. It could have always been worse right?

lol its margarine, instead of real butter cause at the movies you have to pay for real butter so margarine t was lol
McDonalds is the worst lol, smells so good but i always feel like #%@&! after eating it
And that's not even just cause i want to lose weight . i dunno if u know what i mean lol
Plus, it definitely could of been worse, plus i think peanut butter has a lot of protein(which equals energy) and keeps yiou fuller longer
I think lol
Well maybe tomorrow will be better?

I totally get what you mean about feeling like #%@&! after eating McD's. I quit eating fast food like 2 years ago (I think it was about 6 months before I went vegetarian), and I remember the last thing I had was a double cheesebuger with fries and for like 3 hours afterwards it felt like someone had dropped a bunch of rocks in my stomach. Eck.
So like today and yesterday, pretty much all I've done is sleep and eat lots of chocolate. Not so good. But today I wieghed myself and I'm down to 141! I'm kinda confused about it cuz that's 3 lbs in like 2 or 3 days and God knows I haven't been starving myself or even getting enough exercise or anything. I mean, I'm happy about it, I just don't know what to think of it...

So I did OK today I guess. It would've been better if it wasn't for stupid Pillsbury and Little Debbie. I had a cinnamon roll and brownie, respectively. I have GOT to start checking the calories on those things before I eat them because I always underestimate them by almost 100 calories. It sucks. On the plus side, we went to Subway so I had a 6-inch veggie delight and 1/2 bowl of broccoli-cheddar soup. I got a footlong so I could have the other half after school tomarrow with the rest of the soup. Also, I did a "mini-workout" this morning that I want to integrate into my morning routine, so I'm pretty proud of that. All in all, not perfect, but not certainly not awful. I'm also going to do some interval training after I get off the computer (haha, then again, how often do I say that and then not do it....I am serious this time though. Really really need to.)
How've you been doing the past 2 days or so?

lol thats good that you got excercise in though.. So did you end up doing your interval training?
Well..
I think ive done pretty good.
Sunday, i dont remember what i ate .. possibly subway lol 6'' cold cut .. (lettuce, pickels, mayo, n sub sauce) and as much as everyone says mayo is bad for you, i have to get at least a little bit. otherwise it sucks lol. I've shovelled the drive-way, did an hour stationary biking (since i hate the canadian weather sometimes), plus i have a wii , and i only have the wii sports til i have more money but it def gives me a workout . I didnt play it yesturday tho to let my muscles rest they were very sore. But i plan onto today, i was going to weigh myself yesturday but i felt like #%@&! so i decided not to but i a going to today, after i go back to sleep and wake up again lol

Well, for the interval training I got in about 7 minutes (5 cardio, 2 weights), but it was incredibly late and my bed was calling. lol. But it was something at least I guess. You exercise so much more than me lol. Its amazing. I don't know why I have such a hard time getting off my a**....
Congrats on the 4 lbs lost!!! You definately worked for it.
So yesterday went pretty good. No exercise, but I had only about 1600 cals which I'm really glad about. I had a basketball game that I had to go to for pep band, and honestly didn't have time to eat or exercise. Today is going about as good, even better actually, and I'll have time to exercise if I decide to, so hopefully I won't have to come back here tomarrow and admit to a prize-winning late-night binge. Also, I've managed to pass up no less than 4 donuts in the past 2 days, too!! Man, I love donuts.

I'm 15, and weighed in this morning at 70,2 kg (sorry about the kilo thing but I am mostly European) But I started my journey at 75kg. My ultimate goal is around 60kg, but I try not to think about that cause that's just soooo long off!
I'm a girl btw, and I live in Tanzania with my mother because of her work. I attend the Internationa School there (yes Tanzania is in Africa)
Good thinking about the gym though, hope you break a sweat!

Hi again :) Sorry for checking back so soon, but I just have to tell someone! I'm at 70kg now and I am sooo happy. That's 5kg gone now over the past 2 months, and 3kg from end of December to now.
I am very happy, so from now 5kg more to go. I can't see much of a difference, but I do feel healthier and I fit my pants better! Do you guys feel any difference? How much have you lost since you started?
I almost can't weight untill I can see a big difference... If I EVER get there if you know what I mean ;)

I am sooo sorry for being gone so long you guys! I've been crazy busy with an English project and looking for a job that I haven't had time to even get on facebook, let alone anything else. lol.
And welcome to our little group sqzee! Thats so cool that you live in Tanzania. What's it like there? I get what you mean about feeling so much better after losing some weight and taking care of yourself. Lately not so much because I've been taking really bad care of myself, but before christmas I was doing wonderful and it felt amazing.
Man, Jessica, moving sucks balls. I totally give you a free pass for those four days lol. So are you moving in ok? I hope you like your new place. The fun part about going someplace new is all the people you get to meet.
So the past 12 days have been really "eh". I've been doing really good during the school day, but when I get home I'm really hungry and binge something terrible. Everytime I've tried to write everything down to get a manage on it I just stop midway through the binge and forget what all I've eaten. I also haven't really exercised. Like I've been doing like jumping jacks and squats and stuff for like 10 minutes after school but thats about it. The plus side is I'm still 141 lbs so at least I haven't gained. I figured I'd gained like 3 lbs.

Ok, so like the whole kg/lb thing was confusing me (Cuz I'm not the brightest bulb in the box) so I looked up a conversion calculator so I could see what all of us are in both lbs and kgs according to the last weight we've all posted:
Jessica= 160 lbs =72.7 kgs
Sqzee= 154 lbs = 70 kgs
Sweet Kisses = 141 lbs = 64.1 kgs
I suppose I could put us all in stones, too, but I think that would be taking it too far...

Thanks so much for letting me join!
I'm feeling way down now since the last 3 days I've been gaining weight. For no apparent reason. First I thought I ate too little because I had to stay after school and had no food with me and that my body had gone to starvation mode to keep the fat on, but then the next day I ate a lot to see if it helped, but I keep gaining? I really hope this does not continue.
I kinda blame the peanut butter I have been eating on my carrots
Anyway... Tanzania is beautifull. As ever. And it's not as you would expect, or even as I expected. It is a very poor country, but there is no war which is good. But I live in the 'rich community' or the expact community, so I rarely socialize with any 'normal/ordinary' tanzanian. The biggest difference from here and Cophenhaguen where I come from and used to live (I've also lived in the US in a suburb to NYC) is the community is sooo tiny. I only have the people at my school to speak to. In Denmark I had many friends from many different places. It's also very claustrofobic because everybody knows you.
But feel free to ask about it, because that sure didn't explain a lot sorry!
I totally understand about the forgetting what you ate thing. I do that too. If I don't have solid whole meals I eat a little all through the day, and without knowing I eat waaaay more than I should have.
I hope I can check back next time and say I've lost what I gained! I'm 70,4 kg (154.66 lb) now, so hopefully next time it's a lower number

That really sucks that you've been gaining weight. Lol, peanutbutter is often my culprit too. And wow, you've lived all over the place! My freshman year we had a foreign exchange student from Denmark and she said it was strange living in a small town, too. (Kansas is pretty much one long stretch of empty land dotted with tiny little towns).
So yesterday I had around 2300 calories, which isn't great at all, but....I EXERCISED!! Hehe, I was watching the Austrailian Open all afternoon cuz I was home sick and I'll tell you what, pro-athletes are like the ultimate inspiration for getting off your butt. It was only 20 minutes of like jumping jacks and jogging in place and such, but it was the first time I've worked up a sweat in a while.

Good with the exercise! It's a bit better now, but not soo much. I'm afraid I've overeaten today because I forgot appels for school and was soo hungry that I ate doritos and some cookies from other people (#%@&! our unhealthy society). Not that many though, but then I came home and overate lunch. And because I was hungry so long, I think my metabolism shut down and I probably have gained weight tomorrow. Especially because I have also had a lot of salt today.
But Kansas huh? That's far out. What's it like?
Good healthy week to you all

Well one day isn't going to hurt you in the long run as long as you eat really well tomarow. Also you could exercise extra tonght (well, I guess its much later where you're at so maybe not tonight) to make up for the extra calories.
Kansas is probably the most boring place I've ever been honestly. Its just miles and miles of flat, dried up land. The people are pretty cool though. I guess living out here you have to develope your own interesting-ness to make up for the utter lack of it in the surroundings.
So today and yesterday I'm doing pretty good. Proud about that. For my exercise yesterday I did about 25 minutes of stretching, which I know that's kinda cheating, but my muscles have gotten really tight lately and I need to limber up for tennis season (!!!) in the next like 2 months. Tonight I'm gonna go for a walk and possibly do some weight training.

Well, there is a charm in big cities as well as small towns. Although I though Kansas was big? Hmm...
My weight has gone down again, så I am very happy. I have a goal of 67kg by 25 febuary. (sorry don't have time to calculate lb, I'll be leaving in a bit ) I hope I reach my goal of course! I usually don't get much exercise, but yesterday I had P.E. which was swimming for an hour, and then I went out, but it was soo boring, and there were almost no people out last night, so us who were left resolved to dancing. And we danced for a looong time! And you sweat so easliy here argh!
Do you have any short-term goals?

Great to have you back Jessica!
For me it went well a couple of days, I was 68,8 kg (151.36lb) But now I am 69,3 (152.46)!
Ok, I know it might not sound as much, but I get so down when the scales go up! What could I possibly be doing wrong? Ihhh...
Anyway, so today is my no sweets no snack day. I have assigned this day to that. I think I should do that at least once a week. So today: NO CHOCOLATE and NO SNACKS in between lunch and diner.
Also I am going running this Saturday with a friend. Though she said we should also make fudge... Hmmm.. I'll control myself around the fudge then. And work #%@&! hard at running.
Because the scales made me sad I tried my skinny jeans again. And I can close them. I can ALMOST breath in them, just like when I bought them. I can't wait for the day I am SKINNIER than my skinny jeans. Haha!
Hope you guys are doing AWESOME. Am routing for you!

lol thanks
I get depressed to, whn the scale goes up
and have fun with the running, i cant stand running, i dont know why but ugh.
I went on the treadmill last night i only ran like a minute at a time.
i hope u get those skinny jeans comfortable for ya!
Today is the second day into my three day diet.. the scale gave me a 161, so im pretty content with that
and the scale i bought tells u the muscle percentage the fat % and the hydration
and since it is kind of lke a fad diet you would like it would be more hydration loss , so i hopped on but my fat percentage went down and my hydration went up! so i am soo happy!

What is your diet?
And I wish I had a weight like that! Mine is horrible and can show big differences. But I just weigh myself like ten times moving the scale ten different places and then I take the number that showed the most
Happy healthy wednesday!

Welcome Back Jessica!! Its okay that you gained a bit as long as you're losing it back, which you are, so its all good. I'm curious about your 3-day diet too. I think i might've heard of it, but never knew exactly what it was....
Sqzee--I totally love your pic. It makes me smile. And good luck on getting into those skinny jeans! I had some skinny jeans that I could fit back into for like 5 minutes but then that darn x-mas came around and now I gotta get back into them. I really want to start wearing them to school by the end of February.
So funny story for you guys. My mom got some cheese bite things from Swans last week. We had some each night as a snack for a couple days, and all of a sudden we both gained like 10 lbs each! So we threw out the rest of the cheese bites and stayed away from sodium-y foods for several days, thinking the weight gain was water weight. We could not get back down to our normal weights at all though! So last night I was thinking about it in bed and messin with my hips and realized, if I had actually gained 10 lbs I wouldn't be able to feel my hip bones anymore (when I lie down I can feel but not see my hipbones--and I play with them when I can't sleep cuz its amusing lol) So I got my weights and sat them on the scale (at like 2 in the morning ) and found out the calibration on the scale had gotten off by 10 lbs. So my mom and I spent like 6 days freaking out for nothing lol.
So after I re-calibrated the scale last night, guess what I found out. I actually lost 2 lbs. Which is funny cuz all week I thought I was binging really bad but apparantly I wasn't at all.

I meant scale not weight... Sorry it's just scale and weight are the same words in danish!
Anyway, nice job Sweetie! Or what is your name actually? 2 Ilbs is great!
I was up, but I am down again, so that is good. I still weigh myself every day, but from now on I will not be upset when I have gained, because as long as I am doing everything right, I know I can't have gained and that it is just normal fluctuations.
Right now foodwise I think I am ok. I AM losing weight and doing it at the right pace and everything. I just feel like I should be seeing it on my body. And I also get discouraged by how much I have to loose. It will take so much time! And I will have to be strong all the way through.
I think I have to get my goals straight. I need to break them down again so I can gain a little perspective. I'm sorry this is suuuch a long post, but anyway:
I weighed in at 68.9kg (151.58lb) this morning. I am trying to reach 67kg (147.4lb) by the 25. of Feb because my friend in Denmark and I have set the same goal of that.
After 67kg, I think I will go for 65kg(143lb) Then to not make life too hard on myself I will go for 62kg(136.4lb) then 60kg (132lb) after this I don't know. I think somewhere between 55 and 60. I am at a healthy BMI at 60, but it is in the high end. So we'll see. But glad I got those goals down. Now you guys are here to force me through it! Oh the time.. the time... But I'll try not to think about that and just push through, because I can't give up now can I?
Nice healthy/lovely/slimming/wonderful/fun weekend to you both!

Do not give up! You will hate yourself for that later when you have gained again!
Give up the diet maybe, but continue to eat healthy and within your calories.
Do you caloriecount or what do you do? What is frustrating? If the fluctuations on the scale bother you, then weigh yourself once a week instead of every day. I almost had a meltdown a couple of days ago because I had gone up, but it's just the body's fluids and how long it takes you digestive system to digest that particular food you ate. I've decided to only look at the weights as numbers and then over a week see if it has gone down. In other words, I am happy if I loose weight, but not upset if I gain unless I have gained over the whole week.

Yeah ive decided not to.
I dont calorie count, cause i find it to hard. and i always forget.
and i was doing really well with not weighing myself all the time! but now im even worse then before, like everytime i go to the bathroom that scale calls my name!
and even in the morning it was up, im never like that!
but i measured myself today, ive lost half inch around the chestal area lol
and one inch off my belly, my hips nothing, but its ok i have no butt so i think it makes it look better lol, although i hate my inner thighs!
but i do have more ab definition even though i still have a lot of fat. i can still see them trying to show.
plus i have plans with this hot guy next weekend that i haven't seen in a long time, so i wanna look really hot! (i am taken, but doesn't mean i cant look good right? lol, my bf will be there to) so im doing the three day diet again on monday, and and i got out my puzzle,4 books and lots of gum!! to keep me occupied from snacking when im not suppose to. i did have mcdonalds today but its okay.
maybe im just really down cause ive been stuck in this hotel as it seems like foreverr. lol
and thx for encouragement how are you guys doing?

sqzee--I love how you've got mini-goals already planned out. And I think they're some pretty reasonable goals that, if you set your mind to it, you'll be able to reach before you know it.
Jessica--Congrats on losing some inches! Its really not so much about the number near as much as its about how you're body looks and feels. And I agree with you about counting calories being a tedius (i think I spelled that wrong...) process. Its really not any fun. And have fun with your boyfriend and your hottie guy friend next weekend!
So last night was a basketball game and winter formal! The day was weird. Like I was all excited up until my last class and then all of a sudden I was just really tired and stressed and just wanted to curl up with a book and not do anything. For no reason at all. Then during 2nd quarter of the boys game (girls played first and then boys) I was all hopped up and full of energy again. I say it was weird cuz I never have mood swings like that throughout the day. Usually however I feel within the first 2 hours of the day is how I feel ALL day. Anyway, the dance was a blast! Everyone was sooo pretty! My feet still hurt from dancing all night in those shoes I was wearing lol. I really really loved my dress, too. I even felt as pretty as all my cheerleader friends.
Food wise, the past couple of days have been more relaxed. Its been less about eating to lose weight, and more about eating to feel good and be satisfied. So there's been some junkfood--yesterday I had a bunch of potatoe ole's but I didn't gorge or anything. I stopped when I was satisfied. And I've been eating lots of fruits and veggies and not "binging" at all. I was going over my past "food records" realized I always lose weight the best when I'm relaxed about what I'm eating--not counting calories, not freaking out over every bite of junkfood--just eating what tastes and makes me feel good and listening to my body and especially my stomach. Now I just need to get off my buttocks and exercise lol.
Sorry for the long post. Just a lot to talk about.

The dance sounds as if it was fun! Lucky you, I always end up standing in a corner feeling sorry for myself. And it's good to be relaxed, after all, we should be eating healthy all are lives not just when we are trying to loose weight. We're all different though, and for me counting calories has been the best. I guess on the weight of what I eat (or I weigh it once, and go with an average of that if I eat it again) and then I type it into this online program and it measures how many calories for me. After some days or a week I got the feel of how many calories in are what. Now I do it once in a while if I'm afraid I've gone over of if I think I need to get back on track.
I would watch the youtube video, but my internet is sooo slow, it takes 30 min to load the video. I may watch it later though, but is it pretty intense or what? I am just mortified with the thought of any exercise almost My running was cancelled as well, which really sucks...
But the weight is down today 67,9kg (149.38lb) but since there is no exercise today I am sure I'll gain
Good work though you guys And no obsessive food anything! We're doing this to better our lives for the future as well

Jessica, I would totally watch that workout, but my computer's slightly retarded and won't load youtube videos at all. Its kinda gay. I'll have to see if I cant find it somewhere else or on a different computer...
Sqzee, congrats on seeing a new, low weight. And hopefully it'll stick. I almost never exercise and somehow my low weights manage to stick, so maybe your's will too.
So I think I MIGHT'VE taken my whole "relaxing about eating" thing too far yesterday. I had some pizza I know I didn't need and ate till I was a little too full that evening. But today's been much better; I've been paying extra attention to my body and eating just what I need. Lots and lots of veggies. Also, my muscles were feeling antsy, and instead of ignoring it like I usually do, I did 20 minutes of weight training . Hehe, and I ran up and down the stairs a couple times just for the fun of it too. I'm thinking about going for a nice walk tonight. Exercise is much funner when you stop looking at it as something you're forced to do to fit into your jeans and start looking at it as something you're body really wants to do.

Hey guys!
Sorry I haven't checked in for long. I've been on a school trip and eaten everything I shouldn't and more... Which is not good, but the trip was just 2 days and I've gained, but managed not to gain a full kilo (almost though, but not quite there ) I will work very hard to get it off again, and more!
How's it going for you?
Happy healthy thursday!

Me neither. Went down 100g this morgning, but yesterday I weighed myself in the middle of the day, so I thought I'd be lower, but no...
I'll try to stay away from too much food today and be under my calorie amount. I will try to keep green today, fruits and veggies!
I saw the youtube video and even tried it myself. Though I don't have any weights so I gave up. Your heart rate really spikes! I admire youreffort Jessica!
I want to go swimming (for the exercise as well) this weekend with some of my friends on this tropical island close by, but I'm afraid I might snack too much on the trip. But then I thought if I stay in the water I can't snack can I?

Haha! Your post made me laugh 2 times!
I made a note on my fridge as well, but it was very long and asks me questions if I am really hungry and stuff. Maybe yours would actually work, because mine is so long I ignore it now. 'Sara you are not sexy'! Haha, or maybe it should say 'Sara you will be sexy' or something a bit more positive? (yeah I am Sara by the way )
I did stay in the water for long haha! But I ate french fries, but I was seriously in the water for more than 2 hours swimming, and I did tennis. Had some chocolate as well and a lot of peanutbutter on my carrots, I might as well confess. But I had it in reasonable amounts, except maybe the fries. I still think I ate less calories than burnt so that is good. Also healthy.
I'm optimistic at least! Hope you guys had a good day as well!

It's ok to stray from the diet on special occastions, Jessica. Don't beat yourself up at all, as long as you are back on track today/tomorrow. You're lucky (you probably deserve it though ) to have someone to spend valentines with, what's his name?
I'm still struggeling with the 800g I put on while on the school trip. 300 were gone the day after the next, but I'm at the same weight for the 3rd day in a row! Never tried that, I either go up or down, not the same. But I am staying strong. I am wearing my still too tight skinny jeans to remind me what I am fighting for
I definately want more on the exercise front. I want muscles now. And I want to be fit not just healthily-eating. I am really trying to STAY ON TRACK, completly today. Nothing that is bad for me, and not to much of anything. I also might squeeze in some swimming/running, but I am definately doing tennis unless it's cancelled. I am at my mom's work right now because I am trying to force myself to do homework (yet I am posting on the internet instead d'oh). I want to get it of my concience really, and I brought nothing unhealthy so I should be right on track.
I'm lucky to have you guys to share with Some things that seem so irrelevant are important for me to get out there for some reason. Happy healthy valentines month

FRIG i accidentally closed the page, and i have to start all over again !
Anyways, so im not really beating myself up, i do kind of still feel guilty for not at least eating some healthy stuff that day
Plus today i think there's like a pc of the roof of my mouth missing cause it hurts soo much when i hit it with food, or my toothbrush so we`ll see how much i can get down today.
i was with my bf kyle, tht ive been with for 1yr n 5mths as of yesterday
I himm :)
The only place other than maybe my arms is my abs, and in the mornings if i stand up straight i can see the lineson my sides slightly appearing IM SOO EFFING EXCITED and i only do about 50-70 situps (depends how they feel which determins how many i do) about every other day.
Anyways im off to see the wizard lol
P.S Nothing is irrelevant
